Q. Who do you photograph?

A. Anyone and everyone! We also offer portfolios for Models, Dancers,Proms, Mums to be ,Boudoir Bride ,Friends,Families,Babies s casting agencies and bands, as well as graduation days.However, alas  - no pets. 
Q. How long does a full makeover, photography and viewing session normally take?

A. We recommend that you allow three to four hours in total for a Flawless Experience for two. For 3-4 people please allow more time. This allows time for you to have a lite-bite/ break whilst we process your digital images four your private viewing.
Q. What should I wear for the photo-shoot?

A. You can not make the wrong choice of clothing. We recommend that you bring four different outfits with you, such as Jeans, T shirts, jumpers, leggings, shorts, blouse, jackets, skirts, casual dresses, evening wear, wedding dresses, lingerie, swimwear, in fact… anything you feel comfortable in. Feel free to bring any additional accessories, such as hats, sunglasses, jewellery, shoes, boots, trainers etc.
We take a variety of different shots, including, head and shoulders, three quarters and optional full length.
Q. What should I do if I wake up on the morning of my makeover and photography day with a big spot on the end of my nose and feel fat?

A. No need to worry. Due to our state of the art technology, we have your personal team of re-touchers and special effect on hand and we can smooth skin,enhance or erase Tattoos ,erase spots, scars, fine lines, double chins and if requested even shed a couple of extra pounds. Amazing!
Q. Who owns the copyright on the images that are taken?

A. When you place an order with CD you will automatically own the copyright which is great ! You are able to print out as many times as you prefer and as large as you like. 
Q. Is the studio open on the weekend?

Q. Can you handle group bookings?

A. We have a maximum of 4 people at once on the same day .This ensures you each receive a high level of service.
Dont forget - A fully refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. We  hire the studio out for the day for special Events.
Q. How much do Flawless Portraits cost?

A. Various packages are available at discounted prices that dramatically reduce the cost of images. We also offer 0% interest free credit option   - Buy Now - pay later  - .This enables you to spread payments to suit your budget
    • We guarantee 100% finance acceptance
    • ONLY 10% OR 25% deposit is required on the day
    • Choose to spread the cost over 6 months or 10 months
    • First monthly payment to be paid the following month

    • Please Bring a method of payment with you as we delete all images on the delay due to storage capacity and we don’t want you to be disappointed.
Q. How long does it take to get my images?
A. All Prints , CDs and Crystal Hearts can be taken home on the day of your visit. Album and canvas orders are ready for collection/delivery within 21 days of purchase.

Q. Is there a delivery charge?

A. A free collection service is available, any deliveries are charged at cost.
Q. How long will Flawless keep my images on file?

A. Once an order has been placed the images are kept on file for 3 months, should you wish to make additional purchases. Unfortunately, we delete all images on the day if no purchase has been made.
Q. Can I give a makeover and photography voucher as a gift?

A. Yes, they make a truly memorable gift. Vouchers (from £10 -£500) are also available to put towards the purchase cost of actual images too. Call 0844 874 5000 (local rate call) if you require further information.
A welcome pack is sent out to you by post which includes a letter,map, checklist and a silver luxury gift card. 
Q. What is included in the price of the makeover /photoshoot experience day?

A. Celebrity style makeover and photoshoot - Welcome drink, Unlimited Refreshments, Mini Manicure, Makeover and Style Consultation, Hair Styling, Fashion Photo-shoot, Express facial,Same Day Viewing, Free Image (Dependant on Package) 
Q. Do men go through a similar process? 

A. Yes, it is quite similar though the emphasis is on the photo-shoot, and additional images are produced. Please call 0844 874 5000 (local rate call)
Q. Do you cut hair as part of the makeover process?

A. No, we will style hair to create that individual look, we do not wash, cut or colour hair. Whilst we do not bond or weave hair extensions you may bring your own clip-in extensions or you may wish to take advantage of our small selection of hair pieces.
Q. Do I get a discount if I don’t really want a makeover?

A. The special discount packages are only sold as packages, we are always happy to discuss bespoke makeover or photography arrangements for any customers.

Q. How long will my voucher take to arrive?

A. Your gift experience voucher and welcome pack for the Flawless makeover and photography session will be sent to you approx 7 - 14 days from purchase. However you can make your Flawless  appointment prior to receipt of welcome pack .Please email  if you require an e-voucher.

Q. How do I know my order has been received? 

A. Orders placed on line will receive an automated response from PayPal. You can follow this through by email
Q. Is it safe to give my credit details over the Internet?

A. As we use the PayPal system (used by amongst others EBay) you have no worries about security, however if you would rather make payment by telephone (call 0844 874 5000), or in person in the studio you are very welcome to do so. Q. Have you got a Lost & Found Policy?

A. If for any reason you leave any belongings at any of our 3 studios please contact us immediately and we will check to see if the items have been handed in.  We will hold the items for up to 4 weeks from your studio visit and these must be collected by the customer from the studio, Flawless are not responsible for posting any items to the customer.  Please note after 4 weeks we will dispose of any items and donate to a local charity store.
