Before Booking a Flawless Experience

A: Orders placed on the Flawless website will receive an automated response. You can follow this through by email to : [email protected]

We will send you your E-voucher within 72 hours.

A: We require a fully refundable reservation fee to book your Experienced Creative Team in advance.

We use Yorkshire Payments for reservation fees and take payment by Debit or Credit card, these are £25 per person. Any questions regarding refundable reservation fee payments please email: [email protected]

A: Yes, we adhere to strict rules and regulations and are PCI Compliant. Our website is licensed and protected by regular security assessments.  We are SSL Secure encryption with all traffic that visits our website.

We use PayPal & Yorkshire Payments for purchases by Debit or Credit card. Alternatively you can pay over the phone please call 03330 433 433, or in person at one of our studios.  Further questions regarding online payment please email: [email protected]

Our Studios are open: Leeds: Weds – Sun; Manchester: Weds – Sun; Middlesbrough: Fri – Sun. There may be seasonal variations please check with our Bookings Team on 03330 433 433 for up to date information on days open and availability. 

A: Your experience voucher is sent as an E Voucher which is emailed to you within 72 hours of purchase. Please note you can book your Flawless appointment in any of our three city centre studios, prior to receiving your E Voucher on our Bookings Line: 03330 433 433.

If you have not received your e-voucher after 48 hours or purchased as a gift please email: [email protected].

A: Don’t Panic – we have your own personal team of re-touchers, who will digitally enhance & air brush your images. We can smooth skin, enhance or erase Tattoos, erase spots, scars, fine lines, double chins and if requested even shed a couple of extra pounds. 

A: Yes, they make a truly memorable gift and these can be purchased on our website or Call our Promotions Team on 03330 433 433 (local rate call). All vouchers are sent as an E Voucher however if you wish for this to be sent in the post we can do this and include a letter, map, checklist and a luxury gift card.

A: Yes, you can, either for YOU or as a Gift.
You set the amount you want to pay and we will send to you as a Gift voucher. This can be redeemed against any further images purchased, & you set your budget please email: [email protected]

A: Yes, the maximum we allow is 2 adults to arrive at the same time for their appointment times. Do not forget – A fully refundable reservation fee is required per person to secure your appointment. We also offer a Bespoke Service for larger groups, please email [email protected] and we can discuss your requirements & Budget. Please note this requires pre-payment.

The Experience

A: Please bring 4 outfit changes as we have a large multi-set camera room & 2 female photographers just for you. See more outfit checklist tips here.

A: We recommend that you allow approx 3-4 hours in total.

A: Our photographers will choreograph your shoot, show you how to pose to match your personal style.

A: Of course you can! Our team of photographers welcome any creativity and ideas you may have.

A: Anyone and everyone! We shoot families, friends, mums and daughter(s), babies, mums to be, models, dancers, men, proms, boudoir, brides, casting agencies and bands, as well as graduation days. Pets can be photographed in Manchester only.

A: No, we do not offer that service, we will create a dry hair style hair that is individual to you. Please bring your own clip-in extensions or take advantage of our small selection of hair pieces. Please ensure your hair is freshly washed and dried.

A: We do not offer just a makeup service, if the full experience, including viewing of your images on the same day is not completed, your refundable reservation fee will not be refunded.

A: Yes, for male & female. This is a private & bespoke experience that must be pre-paid and must include a minimum package of 8 digital images, please email [email protected] to discuss further.

A: Your fabulous Flawless experience includes – unlimited refreshments, makeover and style consultation, hair styling, fashion photoshoot, retouching and editing, same day viewing and free image (dependent on package). 

After Your Experience

A: When you place an order on CD/USB you will automatically own the copyright which is great! You are able to print, copy, publish or duplicate as many times as you prefer, and up to a maximum size of 30×20.

A: You are able to purchase additional images on the day and prices start from only £99. Various packages are available at discounted prices to create your collection. Including CDs, USBs, Prints, Mounts, Canvas. Price lists are on display in all studios – most goods can be taken home on the same day.

A: All orders are kept on file for 3 months, for any additional purchases. For images not purchased we are unable to store images and our intention is to delete on the day. 

A: All orders (except canvases) can be taken home on the day. Canvas orders are ready for collection/ delivery within 21 days. If additional retouching is required you will receive the original image on the day, and the retouched copy will be sent to you by email.

A: The best part of the day – same day viewing, which will last approx. 30-45 minutes.

A: We accept major credit & debit cards, cash, and take advantage of our 0% interest free credit option – buy now, pay later. This enables you to spread payments to suit your budget. Don’t forget you can use your refundable reservation fee on the day too!

  • We guarantee 100% finance acceptance 
  • ONLY £200 deposit is required on the day 
  • Spread the cost over 6 months 
  • First monthly payment payable the following month
  • Bring a method of payment with you and ID. (Please note: we are unable to store images and our intention is to delete on the day if not purchased)

A: You are under no obligation to purchase additional images but most clients do as the images are wonderful.
